Based in Wooburn Green, High Wycombe our, our Managed Services team deliver expert, in-depth support to our largest, highest-profile converged and cloud-based solutions customers. We are looking for three Managed Service Desk Engineers to join the team and be the first points of contact for these customers.
Our Engineers deliver 1st line triage and trouble-shooting, execute change requests and work with our partners at Mitel, Vodafone and others on advanced technical support needs. These are varied, fast-paced and demanding roles!
